The Summit Church is committed to creating a movement of disciple-making disciples, men and women who proclaim the diversity of the kingdom and reflect the diversity of our community. As we’ve sought to reach people with the gospel we’ve encountered the barrier and claim “Christianity is a white man’s religion”. This statement wrongly connects the Christian faith to one ethnicity, and perpetuates a false narrative of historic Christianity. Join us as we learn about the history and negative impact of this ideology while discussing the biblical doctrine of ethnic unity and to how missionally engage our neighbors.
