Evie Cook has been attending Summit Cary for the past 2.5 years and is a Children’s Ministry leader, part of a small group as well as helps with a variety of other children’s ministry events.

“Some things you may not know about me: I love exploring the USA by car, visiting new cities, National Parks, Zoos and Aquariums. I also love dogs, gardening, art and trying to learn to play guitar.

My favorite part about volunteering within our children’s ministry is getting to witness the growth of a child having trouble with separation anxiety to enjoying the time and fun with other children while at church. Just seeing a smile on each child's face is really cool.

What I love about attending Summit Cary is how encouraging it is to be surrounded by people that love The Lord, to be with people eager to share the gospel with others either by serving at church, in the community or through mission work.”
